They can get Jol, but most of the fans dont want him. Like I said before the season started. If Ajax were smart they didnt even begun with Ten Cate and picked Adriaanse!

Thank god they are all confounded numpties.

Lot of names as a temporary coach has been thrown about , i don't have faith in the board anymore they are the ones who need to depart. Wim Jansen is a name today i hear. I think Frank de Boer could be used as a assistant from now till the end of the season.

No he has no official role , he even says that. But the fans would listen to him rather than the bastards who run the club. He should be made into a similar role Beckenbauer has at Bayern. But he wont take it as he still wants some influence at Barcelona.

he's working at Feyenoord. Never liked (after he switched to Ajax at the end of his playing carreer) him so would be glad he left. But would be surprised if it happened, unless he's suicidal.

Ajax have announced they'll get somebody already at Ajax & van Geel said he could well stay in charge until the end of the season. Teletekst/CEEFAX mentions Hennie Spijkerman, Alfons Groenendijk & Adrie Koster as candidates. Wonder why they don't mention Aron Winter, maybe because Mohamed is his middlename

Anyway Spijkerman doesn't sound like an option (altough it could get you KROON WORST as a shirtsponsor). So Groenendijk or Koster & since Groenendijk never has been in charge himself, it will be Koster. Is good with youth, but how will the fans react, seems this situation, like the Zlatan one & midget one have been mismanaged in exactly the same way.

    Yep Ajax = ABN AMRO

by the way ABN AMRO ain't a footy club.

Frank de Boer in charge would be fun too. Looking forward to the headlines, like

"Ajax fail to show up for second half: All players in coma after FDB HT talk"

I'm not expecting miracles , this season is practically over now the Board has become stubborn I'm praying for some sort of revolution , roll on next season.

If they do, FDB is the last person to be able to do that. Role model yep, be able to change people: No way, he's a softie with no balls "yep I should have taken the penalty, but Clarence grabbed the balll..." (taking 4 times as long as necessary to pronounce it). Might work for foreigners but not for Dutch talents.

Adrie Conjo (will be his nickname at Ajax) is from smalltown Zeeland, was too nice as a player, no personality either.

Seems you have to light lots of candles & pray for Van Basten being much better as club manager than as national team manager.

There are many mixed choices from Ajax fans who they want as the new permanent coach , some want Marco van Basten as he already has worked for the club and is Ajax through and through , others see him as Ten Cate jr and don't trust him to be a better coach at club level than he is at International level , my view is that he should have never started at the TOP job. Others would like Jol , whilst some want van Gaal back (will not happen) , Beenhakker is another name coming up. Frank Rijkaard is a interesting choice , he could be out of the Camp Nou after this season will he go on a sabbatical or take up the position at Ajax .. and the moment Co Adriaanse is the most wanted , but will he leave his current job and come back to Ajax next summer.

My choice is 110% for Marco van Basten. He will give the likes of Goossens , Sarpong , van der Wiel etc a chance.
