Giuly is a twat. He was one of the players constantly in the media last year trying to get Henry to sign for Arsenal - in fact he was the MAIN man.

Never noticed this thread, but I agree, Giuly is a great player and should at least be in the French squad. Domenech was bang out of order calling up Govou and not him when Cisse got injured, and then all of a sudden playing Govou in every match.

I don't think Giuly should be surprised he isn't called up after this criticisms. I don't think he is a diva, and he may have had good reason to feel angered at being left out of the WC squad, but you don't vent your anger and frustration in the media.

I DO think that purely on his footballing merits, he should be in the squad, BTW.
