Yes, the ref gave a PK for a Gerrard dive. Not only that, the ref had a yellow card ready for Hibbert. Gerrard walked up to the ref and told him "give him a red card" and the ref put the yellow card back in his pocket, and then took the red card out for Hibbert.

Liverpool are so much better WITHOUT Gerrard. Watch how they win this game.

Neville was just hoping they'd miss the penalty...fair play to him.

Long shot for Lescott getting a penalty, even worse odds when it's Carragher commiting the fouls. I think Carragher commited TWO PK's but the ref probably thinks he's a "world class" central defender.
