Anderson and Scholes is working like a dream, Nani having a good game. Rooney on fire, Tevez working hard. This is great.

Villa have looked really good aswell, they are so fast on the break.

I was ready put this game to one side. Villa were great in the first 10-15 minutes and deserved the lead.

Since then though, we've been great. Back to last years form.

Tevez, Rooney and Scholes Razz have been awesome.

    Giggs though. Sad

we just have these horrible 10 min collapses where the defence forget to do anything. so fucking annoying. did the same in the last 10 mins vs spurs. players just can't seem to cope when the opposition suddenly jack up the tempo.

zat knight apparently at fault for the first 2. methinks curtis davis will be getting his chance by the next match.

You are far to defensive minded. You wanted fletcher playing today ffs!. These teams in general aim to put players behind the ball and catch us on the break. So we have 5-6 defensive players for 3 attackers at the most usually just 1. It makes no sense to me, this style is much better. Against Chelsea i would put Carrick in i guess, but i would be tempted to try and just destroy them also. They can score 3 we will score 10 Biggrin

FFS! O'Neill had it right at the start of the game. He called Ferguson's bluff and attacked him. Villa were the better team, and got the lead.

WHY FFS! did O'Neill ordered his team to fall back 10 yards playing into the hands of Ferguson's lineup???? Biggrin

I KEEP ATTACKING THE FUCKING MANCS. I TRY TO PUT THREE GOALS PAST THEM. I HAD THEM ON THEIR KNEES. Why O'Neill why did you get conservative hoping to win 1-0 against the Mancs???? <Ale>

If O'Neill had the balls to continue attacking your Mancs. You wouldn't be winning this game. You had no midfield to defend Villa's attack. O'Neill got too conservative, playing to win 1-0 got him to lose this very winnable match. <Ale>
