Neville's penalty give away would have costed more time. Therefore the time it took to make the decision and get the penalty sorted needed to be added. This is what Debaser is on about.

I thought he did...but I only saw it once. I'd have to see it for the 2nd time. The persuasive talking to the ref was a certainty though.
