Not surprised Liverpool dropped points today, just surprised it was a comprehensive defeat. The Torres injury will be a problem...maybe all of us were right and he really can't manage in the Premiership's physical nature. Just in a different manner to what we predicted Wink

They have started off v well but I shall wait to see if they can deliver some success this season (if we beat Arsenal next week, that puts us right back into the league title chase, and we've topped our CL group so there's no reason why we can't reach the latter stages of the CL).

-Blackburn will be without David Bentley and Ryan Nelsen
-We are without Craig Bellamy and Bobby Zamora...most probably without Mark Noble and Lee Bowyer too.

    Hopefully:

    It's on Setanta, 13.30 kickoff.

I thought Wenger might have started with Bendtner instead of Eduardo but there aren't any real surprises with that line-up.

I was hoping for that. Bendtner has been godo whenever he's played, he deserves a start now.

I think at times we will switch to a 4-5-1 formation like midweek vs. Newcastle. Hence Eduardo getting a starting position.

Howard Webb is the referee today, one of the few referees who I like. Remember Senderos getting sent off last year for a shirtpull that should have been a yellowcard?

If I remember correctly they got a penalty for it as well when it was outside the box. We need three points today so hopefully they will put in a good performance.

It says also a lot how terrible the organisation is at Ajax... Always unrest. Unrealistic expectations by the fans. Not much money. decreasing academy while every player that comes from this academy is hyped so much... The young lads can't bring it. VD Wiel and Siem de Jong... Good talented players but not more than are now already seen as the new Rijkaard, Wouters etc...

We'll play 4-5-1. We always do without RVP. Don't see why we can't play 4-4-2 with Eduardo playing off Ade.

I really hope we dont. Rosicky has never been affective enough off the striker to make it worth while and Eduardo does nothing on the left wing in premiership games - he's far too light weight.
