Approaching the half-way stage of the season. Which teams in your opinion have a) overachieved and b) underachieved?

Think Manchester United have slightly underachieved, losing 2 games which they won last season and a opening day draw at home was not good enough, injuries and suspensions did not help, but coming to the business period of the season signs are there they will get stronger and challenge for the title. Being second, 1pt behind the leaders is not bad though.

As for the up and coming keepers. Lee Camp looks like he won't hit the heights. Alnwick from what I have heard is promising.

Its all about Joe Hart for me though. <Ale>

Hopefully Sven can bring him on like Richards, Johnson and Ireland.
    cheers

too right. carson or green can have a go for a couple of years until hart is ready to claim his rightful place

Yeah Joe Hart is a future England number 1, an amazing prospect, im so happy he is ours. Biggrin

The away form is worrying, normally we are much better away from home.

I don't think we've overachieved or underachieved. Very poor start followed by a great run when we got our players back. Long long way to go yet but I'm pretty confident this year, more so than last year (mainly as no one is as strong as Chelsea were last year).

I support neither teams involved but even i wanted revenge after watching Eboue's disgusting performance.

Both reactions were red cards IMO.
