An insult to Adebayor I know.

You calling me a liar?
maybe i could be wrong about the Rafa's kid signings being good, whats Liverpools best reserve XI?
didn't Liverpool sign and then sell the new Ayala?
pardon?
I doubt many of the Liverpool fans on this board have a great knowledge of the world U17 footballing scene, you're an idiot if you take the opinion of a fan as fact.
Liverpool's best reserve XI? How the f@ck should I know? I don't even know our best first first XI.
Who's the new Ayala? What was wrong with the old Ayala? I don't know what you're driving at here.

Im sure Liverpool have signed some reserve team players over the age of 17?
i don't take a liverpools fans opinion as fact, if i did then i would have put money on Liverpool winning the league this season.
If you don't know what ur best reserve XI is then how do u know they would lose?
don't u remember signing argentine defender? i can't remember his name.

Much much better second half performance, exactly what we needed after the embarasment against Spurs. Senderos was very solid which was good, Clichy was impressive once again - unbelievably fast. Diaby had a better game than usual also. As for Adebayor, he is a monster. 'tis all.

It looked like he tweaked a muscle. Same as usual.

Paletta, he's gone back to Argentina but like Barragan we have a first option/agreed buy back fee. I don't recall Ayala playing in the Premiership.
The only reserve players I can speak about with any real authority are El Zhar, Hobbs and possibly Insua. The rest are fragments of the kids who regularly defeat your kids with the rest out on loan.
Still wouldn't play them against a non league side, they'd get the $h!t kicked out of them

There will be a maximum of 7 EPL teams in the 5th round and 7 from the Football league.
This means that there could be a few all football league teams make it to the quarter finals.

he's a solid player, dunno why people call him shite. U can question whether his playing style would fit our high line, but not his qualities.

I think its always good to have David vs Goliath games come the final stages of the competition, it would be fantastic to see an underdog reach the final.... god forbid win.

i agree in principal, but i'm hoping its the usual suspects in the final, purely for the european place to go to the league. we finished 6th in the year millwall got to the final and boro won the league cup, so only 5th place got into europe. most upsetting.Football Genius wrote:

This is precisely why he can't play a high line, so yeah i think we can question his qualities.
Hes a no nonsense defender, but i don't rate him particularly much better than Huth for example both allow mistakes into their games.

Terry, carra etc wouldn't feel comfortable in our defensive set up, doesn't mean they are shite.
oh yeah he's better than Huth

Not 100% its the reason but Wigan Warriors play on it and the weather has been $h!t recently so that wouldnt have helped.
