Wenger is clearly upset and emotional about the tackle and is being a bit harsh. There have been worse tackles this season, executed with more malicious intent, that thankfully haven't caused severe injury, but it was still a disgraceful, reckless challenge. He was late and went in heavy with his studs up and it's just extremely unfortunate for Eduardo that his leg was planted when the contact was made.
I just hope Eduardo is able to recover. Regardless of how long it takes I just hope we see him play in an Arsenal shirt again, because with that bad a break there are never any guarantees.

Anyone else noticed that the way Arsenal are playing these days is lot changed from the beautiful (media frenzy) football we are used to seeing , its more using the widths , more crosses more shot more bravery more ugly wins less triangles and passing into the net which is probably a good change and maybe an indication of change of the main striker from a non existent one in the air to a very good one.

The problem is that the fracture was in his ankle, not in his leg. And that part is very hard to heal completely, I have a friend that suffered a horrible tackle in her ankle, had surgery but was never able to play handball again. I am really worried about Eduardo. bollocks, after watching the Arsenal players go after Nani last week many of the challenges could have broken his leg. Taylor's wasn't malicious like a lot of Arsenal's sendings off are.

I remember agooner telling me just before the Man City game that Clichy was a much better full back than Ashley Cole. I don't expect him to come back and admit he was wrong, but imo Arsenal need to sign another left back in the summer. I've never been convinced by Clichy defensively and Traore just isn't ready yet. Sagna looks awesome at RB though.
