Argentinian football is dominated by Buenos Aires, and Buenos Aires is dominated by River and Boca.

    Nobody!!!

Its just something that I noticed. UK and Italy have about the same population. Yet almost a third supports Juve...in the EPL Utd is not supported by a third of its population..at least according to these stats.

Juventus isn't even the best supported club in Turin. There are more Torino fans. Kind of like Manchester, there are just as many City fans as there are United.

As long as they get 20,000 on average a match in Serie A; all Juve's fans are useless.

Bayern had a Cr@p stadium for ages (at least they still managed to get a decent amount of fans in it) & sorted that out. Juve should do the same.

Most of their fans don't live in Turin. When I went practically everyone I talked to was a fan of the Maroons! Also don't forget that the population of Turin is less than a million.

You just shouldn't play football in a Olympic Stadium / Stadium with Atlethics track. Same goes for Rome. Lots of Italian stadiums are a disgrace to such a footy-loving country. (I know all the $h!t with local government). Should be priority 1 to sort it out.

I think they are rebuilding the Delle Alpi to not include a running track and add seats closer to the pitch to add atmosphere.

Yeah the problem is none of teams actually own any of the Stadia! So it's the government to decide what they want to do and obtaining land in Italy for the clubs is virtually impossible.

The Stadio Olimpico in Rome is a great stadium, it would be amazing to have the running track removed, it would add to the atmosphere. It also makes sitting behind the goals terrible, you cannot see whats going on most of the time. Also for the first 15 tiers, the seats are all at a similar height, so if someone is your height or taller than you then you're in trouble! That's why in recent years I've sat in the upper tier in the middle of the ground. That's where are a lot of families sit so unfortunately there isn't as much atmosphere.

Just don't get why the clubs don't say f@ck you town council with your stadium we're going to build our own. They're no law preventing Juventus from building a 'Emirates' of their own. And they should be able to raise the money.

Was in Olimpico when Feyenoord played there. Imo they should lower the pitch so they can build seats/terraces where the athletics track is. new stadium would be better though the seats behind the Athletics tracks behind the goals are too far from the pitch. bit like Old Wembley, which I do not rate as footy stadium either.

The Italian government is stringent on land approval, especially in the South of Italy. I don't think Juve will be building a stadium anytime soon as the Delle Alpi is being renovated.

Have you been to the Emirates mate?

Definitely. Currently the pitch is WAY too far from the seats, the running track won't be taken down though, it is the Olympic stadium afterall and there would not be a place to host track events.

The next biggest stadium is the Stadio Flaminio, but that is used for Rugby. It resembles the Stade Velodrome and the seats are closer to the action. I don't see them moving there though because it is half the capacity of the Olimpico.

Uefa has given the Stadio Olimpico 5 stars and has also given it rights to host next season's Champions League final. Obviously they don't see anything wrong with it and I think neither do the Roma and Lazio management.
