    Cheers LRD Ale

I honestly don't know what to do but laugh at this point. There was a time when it seemed that Raul was going to win more CL's then Gento easily.

    *Sigh*

Regardless of the outcome of the league, we are a joke. The stature of the club is hinged on this competition and a disgrace to not compete with all that investment, year after year...

Of course and the even bigger joke is now Pellegrini will probably be sacked and we will start all over again next year from the first floor. Doh

At least now hopefully Ribery won't "choose" Madrid and he can f*ck off to Barcelona.

To be fair, it was 255 million.

But yeah, this team is a disgrace. And in a time when cool heads are needed I'm sure the directives will only make things worse. Florentino will need his sacrificial lamb so Pellegrini will be pushed out and then Mourinho or Benitez will be hired. After boring the crap out of the Bernabeu they will be fired after 4 months, and Michel will be hired because he "understands" the club. But his lack of tactical knowledge will get us kicked out again in the CL second round, and so the carrousel goes around Doh

I'm not sure that there was anything Pelligrini could have done. It was the players on the pitch who didn't get it done. Tactically I didn't any points of contention.

Pellegrini got pawned tactically in the second half though. For starters, it was clear that Lyon was launching one attack after another from the right side and Pellegrini didn't instruct anyone to help Ramos. But then again, Granero had a horrendous game. Not sure what the hell he was doing half the time and lost the ball with almost ever touch.
