Well look at Alves, he was good here, but shite for you. Emnes was shite here, and shite at Boro. Boateng was shite here, but good there.

Boateng was played in the wrong position at Feyenoord. Arie Haan thought he wasn't good enough to be a midfielder. The same Arie Haan , who made us ditch Henke Larsson, because he was a Cr@p striker (in fact he had the about the worst service any striker ever had, which was clearly visable).

In fact all this proves Haan was an idiot.

firstly, not onurgs, only onur. gs refers to GalataSaray

This year Fener lost incredibly important player who is Mehmet Aurelio. And bought Emre instead. But he hasnt quite talents of defensive-mid.In addition Emre was injured again. Now Selcuk and Maldonado plays so fener hasnt a good midfielders than before.

All in all, Semih and Guiza are useful players for them indeed.
Fener signed to Josico from Villereal but he is not as good as M.Aurelio.

I know that Galatasaray is getting better day by day.
We hope we will play UEFA Final in Sukru Saracoglu where is Fener's Stadium.

We play by a new team so we need to time.
This team will be a successful.

Lots of pace in that side with Nonda, Kewell and Arda. If Kewell is fit, that's a high quality pair of wingers.

So Quique has accumulated quite a good set of attacking players - Aimar, Suazo, Cardozo, Di Maria...and depending how he adapts, Reyes. They have Balboa too, but I don't think he's anything special.

It is a very good deal for Benfica. Suazo was not a failure at Inter, he was just not given a proper chance, never getting a decent run of games. When his turn finally came, he got outshone by a fantastic run of form from Balotelli. Considering that, his 8 goals in 19 odd games is a pretty decent haul for a first season.

He is lightning quick, has good ball control, and is capable of scoring 20+ goals a season.

From what I hear, Benfica have given Inter the first right of refusal on Di Maria in return... is that true?

Post by christmasborocooper Fri Aug 29, 2008 12:50 pm

DERBY, England (AFP) - Derby defender Tyrone Mears faces disciplinary action after defying the Championship club to go on trial with Marseille.

The French outfit offered to take Mears on loan and, although Derby rejected the approach, the right-back decided to fly to Marseille to try his luck with the Champions League contenders anyway.

Mears was so keen to go that the 25-year-old reportedly climbed through a window and crawled past Paul Jewell's office at the club's training ground to avoid seeing his manager.

Mears, who is under contract at Pride Park for another two years, is valued at around two million pounds (2.4 million euros) by Derby and they have no intention of letting him leave on loan as Marseille reportedly proposed.

A Derby spokesman said: "The faxed offer from Marseille was for a two-day trial, with the possibility of a free loan.

"That is completely and utterly unacceptable - in fact it's laughable. Both the chairman Adam Pearson and the manager Paul Jewell communicated this to the player directly and to Marseille and made it clear that as the offer stood there would be no deal."

    Madness.
