AC Milan? the same side that has trashed you in the CL twice in the last 4 years? I still remember the way Ferdinand was left completely flat footed as Crespo scored his header.

If Rio was as $h!t as you say, he was as much of a hindrance to Man Utd's win as Baresi was to Milan (and Italy) in 1994 - after all, the only reason they were able to put on that masterclass against Barcelona was because he was suspended, and that meant certain players were free of their no.1 job of covering for his slow, tiny, physically weak arse.

He just did what Kalou did. Nobody tried to attack Kalou, but you had all these tall pyshically strong players going beserk at someone 5ft tall. Didn't understand the need for it, Karma that Drogba being sent off caused Terry to take one and he slipped on his own spit or maybe he was pissing on the floor again
Tevez could have picked up 3 yellows during the match from what I saw. Also, it was raining heavily so this is a long guess but maybe Tevez was wiping off some rain on the back of his neck?
The gif was a bit unclear, the footage on youtube is more damning
Champions League final: Did Chelsea captain John Terry spit at Carlos Tevez?
By Charlie Caroe
Last Updated: 7:04pm BST 22/05/2008
Chelsea captain John Terry could find himself in trouble after footage from last night's Champions League final defeat in Moscow focuses on an alleged spitting incident involving Carlos Tevez.
The Luzhniki Stadium runners-up have fiercely denied that any spitting took place. But in televised footage of the game Terry, who was making his return to the Chelsea team following 10 days out with a dislocated elbow, was seen approaching the Manchester United forward, and wiping his nose on his own sleeve.
Champions League final: Did Chelsea captain John Terry spit at Carlos Tevez?
Did he, didn't he? Footage of John Terry's confrontation with Carlos Tevez is inconclusive
Tevez rubbed the back of his neck after the England international walked away, suggesting something else may have occurred.
While the evidence was inconclusive, the episode added more misery to a night that Terry will hope to forget as soon as possible.
As well as being the losing captain in the first all-English Champions League final, Terry also missed the chance to lift the trophy for his side in front of club owner Roman Abramovich.
After Cristiano Ronaldo's spotkick had been saved by Petr Cech in the penalty shoot-out, Terry had the opportunity to secure a first European Cup for the west London side, but he slipped and his penalty struck the upright to bring United back into the contest.
When Nicolas Anelka subsequently failed to convert his kick, Terry's tears were only too evident, and now he will be hoping to put the events in the Luzhniki Statdium behind him.

I can't believe you are comparing Rio with Baresi.
And Nesta didn't make a mistake in that one.

AC Milan officially congratulated the new Champions League winners Manchester United.
Following yesterday night AC Milan are no longer the European champions as Manchester United were the victors in the Moscow final against Chelsea after a dramatic penalty shoot-out. The Rossoneri released an official note on their website in which they wanted to pay tribute to the new Champions League holders.
"Manchester United, who became European champions for the third time in their history (the last time was in 1999), succeed Milan in the golden list of the Champions League. Referring also to the nice words said about Milan by coach Sir Alex Ferguson yesterday, we give our sincere congratulations to the winners of the 2008 Final in Moscow. We also extend our congratulations to Chelsea, who came within a step of the victory as well."

No he didn't. There was no time to do a proper tackle (there 2 inter fowards vs him).

If you actually watch closely, Drogba is the one who spits at him, at least the timing of Tevez touching his neck matches that.

I can't see anything Drogba did there... It appears to me that Terry tries to disguise his spit by going in close and just after he lifts his head after the 1st wipe of his nose, lets loose, then wipes his face again.
Drogba looks too far away from Tevez, and the Ref & Essien are in between them.

Droga does make the facial expression of someone who is trying to "phlem up" as Parky put it..his head goes behind the ref then Tevez touches the back of his head as if he's just then been spat at.

Yes, but that happened right at the beginning of the clip - and he'd have to do it by going right over the Ref's shoulder, surely the ref would've noticed ?
Terry looks the far more likely candidate to me - Tevez's reaction does seem to have the slightly delayed "Wait a second, what was that ?!" about it.

Well we have the footage over and over and cant tell for sure, there was a lot happening so the ref could be forgiven for not realising Drogba had just spat at Tevez. He had already been sent off anyway(which is probably why he did it) not like the ref could do much.
