Farfan has had years to get a move to a top club
They have all sent scouts out to him and clearly came back not willing to take a risk on him
I'm not sure if schalke will be yet another stepping stone for him puro or the pinnacle of his career. You better hope it isn't the latter

Farfan is just really not that good. He was 2 years ago so maybe it's just time for a chance but last year he was Cr@p and not good enough for Schalke, Spurs, Newcastle. Maybe he could slot into the Sparta X1 by performance this season.

Farfan wasn't happy at PSV after Koeman left. Most of the South Americans did worse. Maybe they missed someone, who understands latin culture & speaks Spanish, like Koeman & Hiddink, to get the best out of them. Rutten -doesn't speak Spanish either- but he knows who he's getting from his time at PSV. Got to say that in his time at Spurs, Jol's treatment of his widemen was very poor.
Completely cast aside developing talents like Ziegler & Routledge, whilst running Lennon into the ground.
Farfan's lucky he's going to another Dutch manager...

how much did he cost? That at least gives us an indication of how much he is rated.
if he just wants to play in the CL then fair enough, top strikers want to go somewhere where they might actually win the CL.
