Does a goal in the Bundesliga and Ligue 1 have the same value as a goal in one of the big three?

No...I think the coefficients are 2 for England, Spain, and Italy and then 1.5 for Germany, France, Holland, etc.

Well in that case I reckon Villa is as good a shout as any

Actually, the coefficients are determined by the UEFA league rankings:

Goals scored in the top five leagues according to the UEFA coefficients list are multiplied by a factor of two, and goals scored in the leagues ranked six to 21 are multiplied by 1.5.

So currently England, Spain, Italy, France and Germany all get a coefficient of 2.

Very impressive by Zárate.. I doubt Lazio can keep hold of his if he continues like this.

What about him?

It doesn't include all the player who have scored two. For example, as well as Cheva, Cazorla has also scored two goals, and I can't see him there. Think Raul, Llorente and Higuain have also scored two each.

I very much liked his AZ team allthough his Porto spell was less succesful but without knowing the whole deal on that im guesing he didnt have complete control there. would like to see him tried at a club in the big leagues. would be interesting to see how he fares against really big teams.

This is getting silly now

It must be hard for scouts to decide on him because a lot of the goals he scores in The Austrian Bundesliga are as a result of awful defending.

However, he does finish the chances precisely and decisively and looks to be a class act.

He has a decent touch and he is 196cm too !!!

He did score against Blackburn last season and they were linked with him recently.
