Amazing victory by Arsenal and that in such an entertaining way! The other 3 top EPL teams just fail to do that!

Watched 2nd half of Bayern vs Lyon (1-1 FT) and game was quite boring IMHO. No tempo, no aggression (wouldn't give half of the yellow cards), nothing.

Well probably the worst Porto game i've saw in a long long time. We've started ok had a couple of chances, missed them Arsenal had some and score them all.
Second half? Finished after they've scored in the first minute or so. Our team looked like a under-15 team that is affraid of the ball and that passes the ball to the opponents fowards. We were so $h!t in the second half i though this would end in 7-0,8-0,.... or something. Luckly the gunners are good old chaps and spare us the complete total humiliation. Not that i do not see it exacly like it as it end.

Only one good thing, Kiev and Fener draw. Not enough to cheer me up but at least not all was horrible.

Well this proves one can´t lose all star players over and over and rise again in the next year.

Anyway congratz to Arsenal, when they are up to it they are very good to watch Ale

Toni - a man for the big occasion Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes

Presumably Adebayor will be referred to as the best striker in Europe tomorrow as torres would be in the same situation Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes

    IAQUINTA > toni

Big Vince should start for Italy rather than a player who will bang them in during the qualifiers but produce f@ck all at the tournaments.

Fener don't seem in the same form as last season. Reckon Porto will end up going through. Surprised Lucho didn't start today.

You're not really arguing against me are you ?

I didn't say tonight makes him the best striker in Europe - I was saying that torres would get called that if he had done the same.

You think torres scores better goals than Adebayor ? lol!

With a normal Porto i would be more optimist but our team is almost all new. New defense (wingbacks, one CD and DM) and new wingers. Well that makes it 5 new players at least from last year and in a very important sector of the team and it takes time to built a new unit. I am not very optimist this year.

Lucho was in doubt until the last minute. He missed our last league game too.

Arsenal play scintillating stuff like they often do. But could they sustain? That's a big test. To borrow from Fey, had RVP been a latin american and played for Madrid/Milan, he would be the best player in the world. Laughing

Only had time to watch highlights of the Madrid game. Ruud ok VDV got an assist as well fomr that own goal. Ale

I wouldn't worry about Spanky or Leonard calling you names son, it's not you it's the team you support.

I take it Raphael did well against a Danish side. Woop woop, we all have egg on our faces.

He's a typical Arsenal Forward/Striker; great al round game but not clinical enough in front of goal.

Eduardo is the opposite of all our strikers we've had over the years. He doesn't miss 1 v 1 , just as cold as ice in front of goal.

Ade will definitely become WC(If he's not already).

Bendtner to replace byewhore? Young mexican Vela is a better bet as the main finisher. Interesting that people point fingers on RVP, and ignore byewhore missing chance after chance?
