The battle for the German title....HSV vs Schalke!! Aka the Battle of the Dutch coaches!!

With the home advantage and the good form Im gonna fill in a 2-1 for HSV!

Problem is though: de Jong injured, Jansen injured, Boateng injured. (And Atouba has only just recovered from an injury.)

Petric has some sort of stomach bug and Neves got hurt during a training session (muscle stiffness in the calf). It's unsure, if either of them will be able to play.

Well...just in case they should all be out of action on Sunday, I hope for Jol's talent for improvisation.

HT now. Bayern started very well with lots of quick passes but after about 25 mins looked more like the slow team we've seen recently. Toni is off with a back injury. Podolski on.

We have to win the next three league games. Wolfsburg (H), Frankfurt (A), Bielefeld (H). That would take off some pressure.

Hats off to Hoffenheim. Hopefully they'll cool down a bit until we meet them early December. Or we could just improve by about 50%. That would be nice too.

A good day for Bremen, we only conceded 3 goals today.

Actually I liked Zidan's goal even better.

Hoffenheim are a joy to watch. Pity those players do not play for a real club with a big fanbase.

Yeah, and unbelievable apart from Beck there are exactly the same players who already played for Hoffenheim in the second division last year.

Well, the result is okay. It's just a little disappointing that we played such a great first half and then....well....I dunno. Kinda like the national team at the moment. Only one good half per game.

And for the record: Kuranyi was a total disaster and got replaced by Asamoah in the 63 minute. He also got booed a lot.
