Lyon are a decent side but they're not really CL contenders. Roma are similar plus you already beat them twice before. Barca were not playing well either (yet you made very hard work of them), so really, Chelsea were the only team who could challenge you, and you only beat them on penalties.

Chelsea or Liverpool would've been harder in the semi's. Roma was clearly the best draw you could've got for the QFs. They are a good side but they are not suited to playing a team like yours.

We were super in the first half, but then again relaxed and let them score 2 goals. No way a decent CL team should be conceding 2 to Celtic.

You didn't play Liverpool in a 2 legged european match so you can't make that comparison.

I do agree that the draw has been as favourable on English sides as it could have been, but then again they had relatively hard ties in the previous round.

the strongest non-English sides play each other, after which they have to play one of Liverpool or Chelsea (AND they would play away in the second leg), a very hard road to the final where they will find Man U waiting.

Well that could have gone a lot better. Only positive is that both 2nd legs are at home.
