These are all players that could be considered average/shit/mediocre/dissapointing. But not 1-dimensional.

The closest is probably Adriano, and yet he can hold the ball up or play out wide.

Is Alves one dimensional? I'd rather have Nicholas Lyndhurst up front.

Alves has done most things right apart from the finishing which seems to have deserted him, as well as his confidence. Southgate has ruined him when he could've been the new Yakubu.

His form 12 months ago can't have been a fluke, so you have to look at the manager.

Alves is a good player no doubt..ball at his feet he usually looks comfortable and sharp. I dont know what happened with the finishing though.

Most of the fans think it didnt help that when he finally scored a few goals Gareth decided it was time to drop him.

I think he could do with someone working with him just finishing all day..cos he seems to have forgotten how to do it. Last season it was all classy, good placement, good power..clever finishing. Now its just blast blast blast.

Nope, he'd still be a one dimensional pace mong who is a good finisher, but poor at everything else.

    We've already got Eduardo thanks.

There's not really any player in your squad that I'd want TS. They're all a bit shit. ok

Banter aside and I know you're taking the piss, bollocks. The whole point about the Spurs is that they ALWAYS have good players but ALWAYS have a shit team. Palacios, Modric, Pavlyuchenko, Woodgate, King, Corluka, Hutton, Huddlestone, even Jenas, rate all of these, even if I wouldn't swap all of them, but but but...

(Bendtner pisses all over all of them of course)

Bendtner probably likes the idea of pissing all over people. The Danes are famous for their fetishes. At the other end of the scale, the thoight of going down on a woman makes TS wretch.

You make a very good point, which I've been trying to stress for ages though. Our best *team* in recent seasons has been the 2005-6 side:

The revolving policy has stopped us from building anything good in recent times, which is why I don't want much change in personnel this summer, apart from trimming the deadwood, and getting a Darren replacement.
