He quit the job himself, was sad to see him go through this. The supporters of the Jews almost killed him after the 4-0..

I reckon its his end of his coaching careeer, what a failure it has been. Amazing to see its almost the same as with Klinsman.

Naturally non-Newcastle fans are blaming him for the mess(as if we weren't going down before the 5 games he has taken charge of) as he's hated around the country. Funny thing is these same people probably whinge about us changing our manager too much, and they think we should sack someone after 5 games.

Now MVB is gone...its time to look for a new coach....AGAIN!!! Suggested names by the jew fans themselves...I reckon it will be Adriaanse, I hope not though!!

Because he's clearly useless. I am not blaming him for the mess, but i would blame him for the last 5 games. He's installed nothing into the team. No belief, stupid tactics, poor team selection...already falling out with players. Even his fines and discipline were critised because some of it just seemed to be for the sake of it, or no logic with them. Considering there's a relegation battle i don't think it was wise to focus more on off field stuff and upset players who you need to fight for you. Instead i think a majority will already dislike him and sure they'll want to stay up, but they'll be thinking lets stay up and give this clueless bozo all the credit when he smiles as we're getting outplayed, and cares more about where we eat and fines us 20% of our wages for putting sauce on our breakfast..... he's an idiot.

He needs time lerd. The squad is full of players that just don't care - you can't force people to care. It's full of unfit players, many of them are washed up.

His team selection has looked dodgy in a couple of games, but when you consider the lack of fitness in the squad it's understandable. Also how can you stick with players that can't be bothered to close people down? It's a horrible situation he's in, he has nothing to work with.

His fines and discipline are absolutely needed, there's a group of players more concerned about getting pissed and having their end away than playing. His rules are simple, turn up to work on time and don't get pissed the night before training. The only people this will piss off are the main offenders. Already Harper and Beye have come out in support of it, why? Because they're pro's. Ofcourse it is wise to put some focus on off field problems, the players need to have their priorities sorted. Those players that don't like Shearer's ways can leave.

Anyway, if Shearer didn't instill discipline and just let the players carry on running amok you would criticise him for that aswell. You're just one of those people that will never agree with anything he does.

Considering i want nothing more than Newcastle to stay up and Pompey to somehow go down, i doubt i have kimbo. But unfortunatly some people just get shown up for what they are.

These are you reasons? There's simple explanations for them all.

No belief - he has a bunch of players waiting to leave in the summer, it makes no difference to them if we stay up. He can only be judged on this next season when he has got his own squad together.
