Brasilian central defender Réver from Wolfsburg is said to be negotiating with Sporting.
I personaly don't believe this, looks more like his manager trying to increase his value by anoucning more interested teams.

You're not getting him on a free, silly. He will extend his contract at Werder. I'm not even sure he wants to go abroad this early in his career. Bremen is a CL club as well and he's happy there.

bayern is close to van der wiel

    http://de.eurosport.yahoo.com/15072010/73/bundesliga-fcb-fehlt-viel-van-wiel.html

that means lahm gets back as left fullback

dont think he is happy about that

i dont want too many dutchies in the team, i bet there are better options on the market, to pay 20 million for an defender is insane, and who knows how good he really is, players from the dutch league has most struggled in the bundesliga

Hamburg have completed the signing of Serbia international Gojko Kacar from Hertha Berlin, according to reports in Germany.

The Bundesliga club have reportedly paid an initial fee of £4.5million which could rise a further £800,000 if they qualify for Europe.

Hamburg were believed to be in the running for the talented 23-year-old in January, but saw a £3.2million offer rejected.

Not happy with this. As my friend said: He could have become a legend at our club before going off to some Big Name Side (tm).

Rafinha to Genoa - I really thought he would make a bigger move than that, even if he is an infuriating, cheating, diving shit.

What will happen to Schalke now? They seem desperate to reduce their wage bill, but can they manage to maintain a similar level whilst letting senior players leave?

Probably not, but that hopefully increases Dortmund's chance of beating these c**ts in the derby this season. Twisted Evil It has been quite some time when we last managed to do that... Sad Rolling Eyes

Magath is attempting to play a more attacking style of football to last season. He usually prefers a 4-4-2 with a diamond in midfield. Schalke's current squad don't quite fit into that system, so he's selling like mad at the moment to raise funds for further signings, in particular for a second striker and a playmaker.

People in Dortmund are doing a pretty well these days imo. Strengthening their squad wisely, only spending the money they can afford while paying back their debts. Plus Klopp is an excellent coach. And a good successor for Löw. Biggrin

The talks with Juve over move for Diego have collapsed. I guess that means Misimovic will have to stay with Wolfsburg. I don't think he's too happy about that.

Chelsea and Barcelona eyeing Demichelis, claims his agent - who is possible competing for the 'most optimistic man in the world' award. I suppose stranger things have happened in the world of football, but why a club with a competent defence would want to sign Demichelis is beyond me.

Stuttgart need to invest in their squad, not allow talented players to leave. They haven't really put much funding back into the team from the fees they received for Gomez and Khedira. Maybe the stadium reconstruction is partly responsible for this, but they're beginning to look a bit lightweight unfortunately.

The Mass Exodus of 2010 is certainly leaving its mark... And I personally don't see how someone like Philipp Degen is going to help us any.

Time for people like Christian Gentner to step up and take on the role of "leader on the pitch".
