Thiago is so good, bojan should have done better their, its crazy the amount of talent the spanish have on the pitch, did i hear someone saying spain will struggle to replace this generation of players, me thinks not, need a striker though.

A more unfair result you will not see in a long time. The czechs did not deserve a draw, let alone a win. Not that the WUMs will care.

What just happened? I am in shock.

Czech do nothing for 89 minutes, England defend well for 2 and 7/8th games, and then one mistake and it falls apart.

Brilliant. Now all the haters will be elbowing each other out the way to be the first to laugh at us. Again.

    Love supporting England.

I'm fuming, mostly with myself for having watched this game when I could have been doing so many better things, only to witness yet another kick in the balls.

    lol! lol! lol!

I was watching the US Open until I saw the scores in the ticker. Let me guess, both park-the-bus pussy football teams are still tied 0-0 with only 15m left. England manages to score the first one. Being that they're pussy-football-park-the-bus team, they sit back and counter them Czechs who at this time are sending everyone to attack.

England are so SHITE, they CAN NOT put the Czechs to bed, AND the Czechs's pressure is intense that it is them who score, 1-1 game on!

The "future stars of England with $20 million worth Henderson lol! $18 million worth Jones lol! and company are forced to go all out to get a winning goal, AND THE CZECHS catch them with one of their patented pussy-football-counter-attack goal. BANG! Czechia 2-1 England lol! lol! lol!

The delusion is mental in here. Who is "shocked"?

the first team already has young player (25 and below0 who will make up the spine of the future first team

Pique and ramos at the back

    Busquets,Iniesta,Cesc and Silva in midfield

they will bring along the likes of

    Botia,San Jose,Ruiz,Monreal.Api,
    Thiago,Javi,Canales

has i said they are only lacking a class young striker.

Didn't watch the second half, but by the look of things this was a classic choke due to lack of concentration at the end of the match. Ironically, England were punished in their best match so far, just they had punished the Spanish in the first group match. England were more fluid by replacing Mancienne in the middle of the park, but probably more vulnerable, too, as a consequence.

The positives for me where the defence, not just the solidity and reliability, but the way they defended. Smalling in particular looked very comfortable on the ball, had some excellent passing range and arguably was the best 'playmaker' of the team. Very modern defending that should help the senior team in the long run, too. Sturridge was good, and there was some good wing play at times.

Negatives have been covered sufficiently. And let's not forget that they qualified for the tournament at least, while traditional powerhouses like Germany did not (thanks fuck Rainer Adrion...).

Yea can't really think of any obvious striking talents. Perhaps Paco.

Bojan does have ability, even tonight you could see that. He's a better player than Adrian for sure.

Belarus took the lead from a setpiece goal...poor defending from Botia and Alvaro, and now Spain are huffing and puffing but struggling to break down the Belarus bus.

WOW! Spain doesn't look any good against a team who knows how to behave on the pitch.

In South America, right now there's a tournament going on the U-20 Copa Libertadores and last night I watched lots more quality between Alianza Lima vs Flamengo. The first half was insane, then the Brasileiros lost their cool (how dare Alianza Lima stand up to them and score! lol! ), they shoved and yanked the ref when things didn't go their way.

Look at Spain tying the game through an own goal at the death. Biggrin
