Why is nobody taking Twente seriously as title candidates? Too tough a run-in? History of choking like Leverkusen?

I tend to be nervous, but I'm rather calm about this game. We have to win this game, so we can close the gap. After that we have to also make sure we don't drop points, and rely on other teams to beat them. It's just too much to expect. But what do I know, they always tell me to shut up in the ajax forum and stadium. Sleep

Might as well join all the fun, "Martin, we worden kampioen"! bounce

When it is Ajax against angstgägners PSV concerned, yes! Your home record against the brabanders in the Arena is extremely bad....

And cause they didnt deserve to win any of the matches they did in 2010 this cant go on forever.

All three of them are very unlikeble clubs, but there is only one of them I really do not want them to win anything at all. Hence we should NOT win our matches against PSV and Twente!

Records aside. Do you honestly think we don't have a chance against them this upcoming weekend considering current form, tactics etc?

How fucked up are the brains of this guy ?!

Kargbo: 'Ajacied Groenendijk mocht me niet'

    09/03/2010 11:49

    lol!

And Ajax is (unfortunately) a shoe-in for the title Sad

    Game of the week!!!!

    Ajax -PSV

PSV' record in Amsterdam is quite remarkable. In the Amsterdam ARENA PSV WON 9 times, drew 2 times and only lost 2 times. PSV scored 28 times and conceded only 15 goals.

Still Ajax are already celebrating their 100% for sure victory because PSV lost last week their first game of this season.

Let's shall see if the, since yesterday, mayorless city can finally beat their Angstgaegners.

I hadn't seen that before either : thanks for posting it ok

Ruiz has gathered a lot of fans in Holland in just under a year, it's not just his efficiency....and the importance of his goals (close to 10 winners in the last 10 minutes ?).

....but the class and style : WOW Ale

Unfortunately it's almost certain he'll be leaving for Sevilla in the summer.

That's the fate of the Eredivisie : unable to hold on to the gems we're unearthing :-(

Oh and Pierre, especially because you keep having faith in Emanuelson's skills, Jol has decided to play him against PSV.

    ....not as LB

    ....not as LM

    ....but as left winger !

....and he's repaid the confidence by scoring a stunner....with his RIGHT foot Shocked

Seems like your faith in him is justified Wink

I still think/hope both Enoh and Afellay will be suspended because of video-evidence.

How completely useless were all the PSV-players Shocked

Not a single one of them scored a voldoende today !

Next crucial match for the title is next week : PSV - Twente.

If PSV win, Ajax will win the title. If Twente win, they'll win the title. If it's a draw....it'll be very very close cheers

Ajax won't slip up, while Twente still have some difficult matches.

Twente hasn't won the league in living memory....

AZ winning it last year was also a miracle, they won it also in '81 the last time a club outside the traditional top3 won it...

Urby single handly responsible for two of my favorite goals this season. AZ and the one today. I think everyone hates it when he plays defense, he doesn't actually know how to defend, so its pointless to make us weak defensively and miss a moment like today. Wonderful performance by him today. He is my favorite. Blush

This was just a very dirty game from both standpoints. Demy came right off the gate and messed Isaksson up with that early tackle, and Suarez was enjoying the field wherever he went as well. They pretty much took turns tackling my boys, and Afellay was just ridic. He always gets like that everytime we play them. He hates us so much, and trust the feeling is mutual, little bastard. It's amazing there were not more red cards and more serious injuries in this game. They had plenty of chances, but we were able to score and break them down. Just glad we won, couldn't be more happy! bounce

and this column by Thijs Zonneveld
might be even more brilliant :

Ik word een Duitser, meneer Bert

    Beste meneer Bert,

Ridiculous PSV didnt won that match yesterday, they pay the price for having lost a couple of strikers the twats.

But what shocked me the most is that Pantelic fingered Swalbuarez in his ass after that 2-0.
