The only reason Ade will get less is becuase he wont play as much. RSC, Robbie and Tevez is a good front line if Ade has an off game.

I predict Wenger and Arsenal fans will regret the sale of Adebayor. The stats will help prove this at the end of the season.

Alex Fergleson claims Adebeyor's representatives contacted him, begging him to sign him. He looks like a bargain at £25m. Do you think not signing him was a mistake?

If I had £80m to spend on a replacement for Ronaldo, I would have certainly done the deal. He's certainly a better option than Owen, and compared to the money wasted on untried wonderkids in recent seasons, £25m is a fair price.

i wanted us to sign Adebeyor but SAF has proved me wrong many times in the past.

This IS only based on the EPL though goater. Surely the fact that Arsenal's players have to play in the EPL and the CL actually works against them - they're more likely to get rested.

And how many games is he realistically going to miss in the ACON? 3?

They are supposed to report to national team, two weeks before it starts,. Even if they only last to group stage it will be around ten days to two weeks, so I think it would be more than three games that he will miss. Tournament will be about 5 weeks if they report on time and go all the way.
