But yeah apart from that he has only scored 11 in 14 in the league

like i said, most of his goals meaningless, and against smaller teams, he only scored against arsenal and mancity
and we all know how low the quality is in the epl outside the usual suspects, just look at the uefa cup
overall thats just not good enough compared to his hype

i would never allow me to compare rooney and klose, because only the likes of messi and c.ronaldo in the same heights to rooney

yeah i know you are talking about the so called "working rate", but no one rates ballack about his working rate (and hes a midfielder), it looks only chelsea rates him

The Polish scaffolder's World Cup record:
Group - 6 apps 9 goals
Knockout - 8 apps 1 goal
Rooney only does it against small teams ?

klose has so much more done than rooney, englands pretty good at making money for the league and hyping players, that the rest of the world is believes it

Not sure i agree about that, well he certainly wouldn't if he weren't a United player. Drogba and Fabregas have been much better,
more a matter of whether he'd get into the team of the season in front of Defoe at this point.
Özil wrote:lol he scored against croatioa the 3rd and the 5th goal when you look at the games, then 2 goals against andorra and kasachstan, what an achievement
my point is: this guy deserves not his hype, manu looks not the same without ronaldo, rooney cannot fill the gap
and he has no assists in the EPL
Özil wrote:i know he scored 3 goals against the last in your league, and some meaningless goals (so not the first goal in a match, he scores the 3rd or 4th goal in a game when the game is already decided )

Rooney is basically gifted PK's so that no one can wonder anymore why he isn't scoring goals even against piss poor teams from the EPL. England have no goalies, overrated central defenders, two half decent fullbacks, NO MIDFIELD, one decent striker in Defoe, AND NO BENCH!
BUT THEY HAVE A GREAT MANAGER! so don't write Capello out, but he's got his work cut out for him managing a bunch of talentless hoofers.
