Wigan have said their match with Aston Villa will go ahead, while the games at Arsenal, Birmingham and Hull are all set to go ahead provided the safety of spectators attending the fixtures can be guaranteed.

Couldn't the borough council just get all the job seekers allowance claimants to work for their money this week and help clear the snow? It would also be great for community spirit for the entire city's residents to get involved in something productive for once rather than smashing up cars and shooting 7 year olds.

I don't understand how our game can be called off but not Arsenal if it's to with travelling supporters? unless the snow isn't as bad in north London?

It isn't bad. We only got a couple of cm of snow and most of it on the pavements has melted now!

apparently Wigan's cheap undersoil heating system has failed, and they'll have to check it in the morning to see if the pitch is playable.

Yeah, sure they don't think its a big enough team to move to but they are one of the worst groups of players to get promoted in recent years and they would be nowhere without him.

Nope i think its justified, they give him a chance for managing St Johnstone, not many others would have. He also preached about loyalty and how much the club means to him and it should the players. He also went behind the clubs back speaking to Bolton without permission before any compo had been agreed. I really liked him and rate him as a manager but he has acted out of order, shown no respect ot the fans, player or club as a whole.

To be honest its his choice ot go to Bolton, although i think its a very strange and wrong decision. They have no cash not not many good players, he was really building something with Burnely and they are in just a good a position if not better than Bolton.

What a MOTD it should be tonight...Arsenal's only on because their game in midweek was cancelled and the FA would be fucked with fixture congestion.
