Jose Mourinho - where will he be this summer?

We all know Jose wants out of Italy, so which club will he join?

Would anything chance IF he would win the CL with inter this year? More likely to leave then because he got it all or continue?

By his statement yesterday, it seems likely he will leave either way if there is a good PL team knocking on his door...

He should go to Liverpool. Rafa's time is over. A New era beckons under Mourinho. It'll be fairly dull football, but they'll win trophies. Right now it's mostly just dull without the trophies.

How can Mourinho be happy at Liverpool if he's telling Madrid he'll only go there if it's under his rules. He would have no funds and no control at Liverpool.

With Liverpool's finances and current owner situation I'm not sure if he'd want to go.

It all depends on whether Mancini gets fourth. If he doesn't, he'll probably be sacked and their no.1 target will be José

City. They will outbid RM and won't interfere with him in managing the team. If Gary Cook is also still around, there should be some fun and games

He'll still be at Inter next season. He won't join Citeh because he wants to take over at Utd after SAF retires.

Do we all? I didn't "know" that.... Maybe Mou is again playing with the english media, and some gullible english fans are lapping it all up

IMO his statements were just his style of telling italian media what he thinks of them, something in the lines of "you better change or people like me will leave"... that all there is to it.

Yeah, if Inter win the CL then Mou may leave.... but other than that, I expect Mou to see out his contract here.

Anyway he had to tell everybody that he was happy at Inter but, you know, Real was tempting him with dream job. And Moratti prolonged his contract with a raise, favorable clauses and a promise to improve the squad.

This year is the same, spring is coming and he wants everybody to know that he loves being at Inter, but you know, italian footie is vulgar, he missed England and he's missed there.

This year also he need a PR proofed exit strategy, because it's still possible that we end the season thropyless. Not winning the CL is okay, we're used to that, but not securing the league would cause quite an upset. If it happens and he's shown the door, he has to protect his reputation - gee, they're not forcing me out, I'm just leaving to my beloved England like I've been saying since March...

Mourinho won titles with Porto (so do most Porto manages) but since then he has only ever managed the richest team in the league.

Chelsea were the richest team in the league, Inter are the reachest team in the league - it all points to City.

He has beaten an English side in the Champions League. He isn't going anywhere in my opinion. For Inter their season goals are wrapped up in their European performance, and I think if he makes it past this round or even reaches the final, then they have reached their goals for this season, and there shouldn't be any reason why Jose leaves this job.

He is just a media whore. He likes making it known that he has options and that if this Inter thing doesnt work out, that he won't be devastated. But I can't see him going to City, because regardless of money, they don't have the standard or capabilities to do much. The City job is career suicide. I mean I watch that team, and it's just a cluster fuck of a mess. What to do with that defense? So much instability? Anyway, I'm not going to rant about City.

So I think the way things have played out at Inter, that he is here to stay. With here being Inter.

I might leave Inter after they crush against Barcelona badly in the semi if the C.L and if he feels that's it's the max he can achieve with Inter... Otherwise, why not stay with Inter and try another year. If Mancini fails to get the 4th spot or even Europe, I could imagine Man City going after Mour and buy lots of players (from Inter & Italy)

Leonardo has had an excellent season, one or two tactical problems and naiivety, but considering how pathetic Milan's squad is, to finish 3rd ahead of some good competition from Palermo, Sampdoria and Napoli is still a very good position. Once again, like Ancelotti his being made the 'fall guy' for Berlusconi, Braida and Galliani's neglect. That trio should leave, their time has gone and past and Milan needs a new identity now which unfortunately will take many seasons to sort out.

Mou seems to be a very realistic kinda guy, I doubt he cares much for mickey mouse trophies like supercup or "club WC"...

Like I said before, if Inter win the CL, Mou might leave.... I can only see him going to Madrid or Manchester (either club) from here.... Man Utd are not an option yet, City did not make the CL, so Real are the only likely destination this summer..... IF they make a substantial offer, we will lose Mou. If not, he will remain at Inter.

Since Manci is now staying on, I'll switch to Madrid.
