I think the Dutch would have a lot more fluency in their game, if De Jong was dropped. VdV moved centrally, and brining Elia into the side, Robben on the left.
They'd probably steamroller Slovakia with that formation.

kuyt will start on the right, this has been van marwijks plan all along. both will wander and switch throughout the game anyways. 
listening to axeslammer's stance on vdw one might have to wonder how on earth he won best dutch youngster this season without no kuyt to cover him all year long :p
