    You might have to give some consideration to the Romanian teams.

    So far they have 6.33 points for this year. England are fifth (as the best of the big 3) with 3.625.

    Romanian only have 3 teams in Europe. Once they start having more, then the points would be divided more sparsely.
    I don't know what is the value of other teams in the Romanian league. Possible on the same level as Setubal or Nacional in Portugal.
