I'll accept that. Just wish we'd lost that one and won this one - Fulham are everything Stoke aren't , ie a football team

Stoke players right to be shaking Foy's hand. Deary me, I can accept a few 50/50 decisions going against us but that was utterly ridiculous.

Great game to watch... Spurs did get harsh decisions the ref was horrible at times. Harry did well at half time and got his team playing specially Mordic the only thing this guy lacks in a iron clad heart. Parker man he is just Englands best player.

Let's assume Modric's dive wasn't a penalty for a moment (despite Whelan clearly reacting as someone who has just caught his opponent), the fact that Foy and his crew:

    - Gave a penalty for this apparent dive
    - Allowed Stoke's first goal despite coming off Crouch's hand in the build up
    - Disallowed Adebayor's onside goal
    - Missed Shawcross's elbow clearance on the line
    - Missed Palacios' handball directly in front of him
    - Allowed Both sides to push and pull each other to high heaven at set pieces/corners
    - Got a number of corners/throw in's wrong

Aside from all that, I'd say he had a fantastic game Ale

Glenn Whelan's face is a bookable offence. The question you have to ask yourself is, would Luis Suarez get a penalty in that situation and, if so, would I be happy?

Laughing You say that, but I was only making the point that Newcastle losing to Norwich 4-2 was a big surprise. Granted your central defence was crap, but like ours today they still should have done much better. You're a superior team than Norwich on paper, I said that yesterday. If that's a wind up then so be it Ale

    From BBC website:

1808: A summary of the controversial incidents in that match, then; Peter Crouch's 'handball' in the opening goal, Luka Modric's penalty given, a 'foul' on Younes Kaboul not given, 'handball' from Jermain Defoe's shot not given, Emmanuel Adebayor's pefectly good goal ruled out, Younes Kaboul's red card... have I missed any?

Jaymin Patel on Twitter: "Spurs were absolutely robbed and, of course, as a West Ham fan that's hilarious."
Anon via text: "This proves Tottenham are NOT title contenders. Aren't winners supposed to have the ref on their side?"
James Evans on Twitter: "Chris Foy, man of the match for Stoke, from a Chelsea fan."

It is enjoyable when it doesn't happen to your side. I did quite like it when they beat Liverpool earlier in the season with their special brand of football and Jordan Henderson missing an incredibly straight forward one on one. Not so enjoyable today however
