It was not a big surprise to see Newcastle get beat when they're missing almost their entire regular defence..it's like when Spurs are missing King.

Was the penalty legitimate or a dive? I haven't seen it but I've seen some people say it was a clear foul and others say there was no contact.

I thought it looked dodgy, couldnt see contact. But I only half saw it...

What joke penality? The defender's face said it all - he caught Modric, it's a penalty

Payback for Spurs for their win at Craven Cottage - even if its more because of referee mistakes than missed chances.

And penalty for Spurs was 100% legit, just look at Whelan reaction. He kicked Modric in the leg and he had a right to go down.

Bale thinking he was delap for a second there.

Looking at the replays it looked like there is contact..Modric pretty much made sure there was contact and went down instead of going after the ball..a pen these days, but it was definitely "won" rather than "conceded".
