got Cisse in my sun dreamteam, bargain at £1.5m

two guys at work had Suarez but got rid of him in Jan because he is shit and a racist

does Papiss needs to score 8 goals in Newcastle's remaining 8 games to beat Suarez's current total?

I would vote Suarez if this were the case.

Suarez already has 12 goals this season, Cisse already has 5. If Cisse scores another 8 goals he will have 13. Newcastle have 8 games remaining. Liverpool have 9 or 10 if they reach the FA Cup Final.

My money is on Suarez

Cisse's strike rate = .60
Suarez's strike rate = .28

Suarez has scored 7, no one counts cup competitions, just ask wikipedia.

I jumped on this view in 2010 to be fair. BEFORE Ghana as well

Papiss is a demon no doubt but it remains to be seen how this change in formation affects Demba.

Am I right in saying that Demba has only scored once since Cisse joined?

Newcastle probably should buy a attacking FB (primarily a left one, hoping Santon develops further and switch to a diamond to get the best out of both forwards and Barfa.

I mentioned something similar to Kimbo in this weekend's EPL thread if you fancy a look. I'm not sure he's all for it though.

I just think Demba is too good a striker to be shunted out wide.

In this line up Newcastle would need actually more attacking right back than left, as Jonas would have a natural tendency to go wider on the left, than Cabaye on the right. But overall it looks nice, don't see PArdew (or any other english coach) to go for it though.

Interchange Ba & Barfa, that's how we seem to play off-late. Esp. against WBA..

I wouldn't define him as top class,he loses the ball way too much,poor passing and isn't a very good finisher.
