Torres should have sealed the win there, but missed a very good chance after another excellent through ball.

Adebayor.
Chelsea again waste a chance to put the game beyond Spurs.

Mata sets up Sturridge to seal the win.
Brilliant performance from the Spaniard. Him and Hazard have torn through Spurs with ease today. Chelsea are looking strong.

I hate Chelsea so much. Despite expecting this, it still doesn't make it any easier to deal with.
Walker hits great shot, then 2 minutes later an absolutely awful blunder. Pretty much sums up the day

Re: Premier League 20/21 October 2012
DI Matteo has nothing much to do, the quality of the players that Chelsea have does it for him.
Gallas is as brain dead as Walker Gaucho, two of Chelsea's goals totally preventable if he had Jan Vertonghen's brain when it comes to clearing the ball.
Unfortunate that Bale and Dembele were missing, but that's life. We're a work in progress, patience is going to be needed, can't just build an entire new attacking midfield like Chelsea over one summer with an open cheque book.

Romford Pele wrote:Allen is the safest passer there is! Cleverly at least is always trying to be progressive in his movement off the ball and passes further forward.
Rooney honestly is a terrible midfielder, he dwells way too long on it to make an impact at the highest level. That 10 position is tailored-made for Kagawa
4-2-3-1 Rooney the wanderer chain links the midfield with the his forward approach much better than just leaving him up there as a lone striker or just playing deep. The movement of RVP Welbeck and Rooney is much better. Like I said you do not have to be a midfielder to play in the middle if your Rooney. What he has over Kagawa is goals and if Rooney is birthed into the midfield forward role well you have goals.

Re: Premier League 20/21 October 2012
Saint's defending has been awful. A freekick is floated into Southampton's box, a defender goes hit Andy Carrol in the head with his arm, the arm deflects off Carrol's head and smacks the ball. Noble slots the penalty home, 3-1.
