Have you explained why that was going on? Dilma Rousseff deserved it. There were demos in a few cities including Brasilia. That one was stopped by police. It seems that Rousseff is blamed for not saying a word about FIFA lapping up the perks. Also the National Stadium is a huge joke Great stadium but utterly useless as Brasilia is currently in Brasil's 4th Division. Protesters are rightly saying wtf is going to be done with that stadium now?

Seriously, how can Daniel Alves be a professional footballer? I've heard he's good in Barcelona (I don't watch more than 1 or 2 euro club games per year, so I don't really know), but I never saw him playing one single good game for Brazil. In fact he's usually below mediocrity.

Spain 2-0! Spain are playing a sort of football that is the smallpox version for the South-Americans. They are so dominant that Urugay arent even able to deploy their usual antics. I remember when this WC was given to Brazil, and thought it was a certain WC title for Brazil. Now I think its more of a question which European side is gonna win the WC!
