Further evidence that the Premier League is poor defensively and poor tactically too in terms of the space in midfield, poor pressing and counter pressing etc.
Newcastle have made him look like Maradona today, some of the shittest defending I have seen in a long time.
Willy, why does it have to be about a league being poor/weaker defensively? Clearly the leagues have different characteristics, and suit different players sometimes. Specially when we are talking about an unfinished, potential talent who is developing his game. Coutinho had some good games in La Liga, and showed some flashes of brilliance in Serie A. Absolutely no one had any doubt that he will have some good games at Liverpool, such is his talent. And if he continues to develop his end product, this kid could go to the top.
But until he starts producing game changing performances with some consistency, he hasn't stepped up from what he was at Inter. I think EPL suits him a bit more than Serie A as he is allowed more tactical freedom to find space and do his tricks, but that's about it. It doesn't mean that EPL is poorer defensively, IMO Serie A defenses are much worse than their English counterparts these days.
At the mo, Coutinho is not perceived as a big threat by the opposition. His real test will probably come next season when teams will plan for him, it will be really interesting to see if Cou can adapt to the physicality of EPL then...
Laughable. Do you even watch the EPL?

Robin the Grey is so much more mature then Robin the Black from Arsenal. He even celebrates when he ones these days. Oh god, I feel for Piers Morgan. I hope Arsenal step up in the 2nd half though, we are still drunk and they still can't beat us.

Shambolic from Sagna, and there've been too many of these this season. You don't give Utd that sort of chance if you want to win, or even draw. They'll win at a canter now.

Hey guys, do you also think Van Persie is overrated? He has flopped whenever he has played outside the Premier League. What has he done in the Champions League, Euros, or World Cup? He always flops big time. He is 30 years old and has done absolutely nothing outside the PL.

Re: Premier League 27/28/29 April 2013
We've been awful IMO. 10/10 for effort and desire, but our passing, positional game and decision making have all been very poor IMO.
Defence has been all over the place as usual in the big games. We were constantly forced to defend facing our goal in the last 15 minutes, at 1-0, seriously what kind of amateur stuff is that? abysmal!
Sagna has always been a poor footballer, he was just an amazing defender, but sadly he isn't that anymore. Better give Jenkinson a chance who has at least got a future here and it wouldn't be a downgrade IMO.
We are gonna let those c**ts do us again

Emily, you are WRONG that im a plastic, Feyenoord just played, and I went HOME really fast to watch my other beloved team that play in RED.
So, you can't say im a plastic. Im a hardcore mancunian. I follow the scores of FC United of Manchester and every year I have 1 minute silence for the 96 that died in that planecrash...
But, the reason I want Arsenal to win, is that I dont want those plastic Chelsea c**ts in the CL. They are our rival, and toptalents might join us instead then. So that's why I hope Arsenal are gonna win. See the bigger picture man, besides RVP already scored.

bit harsh on Dowd, he rightly awards Arsenal a freekick with a great spot, and the home fans who incorrectly want a penalty sing 'you're not fit to referee'
We've known for some time now that All Arsenal fans are c**ts, but there are no biscuits left now.

He also didn't send off Sagna for a second bookable offence on Evra. Arsenal fans, should be grateful to him and his Lizard kind.

From Harry Redknapps's first game in charge at QPR, every team except Reading and Wigan accumulated more points even though he made the owner spend the most money by far.
