Yeh, poor Fergie. He must be inconsolable losing that game, given the title was wrapped up weeks ago and United had nothing to play for, except fielding reserve players like Anderson who they'll be trying to sell in the summer.

Winning 13 titles since 1992. He must look in the mirror every night and think - 'If only I were Rafa'

I would love Moyes to take over, it would weaken Everton and United at the same time. cheers With Evertons ageing squad they could fall apart without investment, especially if they lose the manager who has been there for 10 years to oversee the transition.

Overall, he's an limited manager who isn't cut out for the top level. United will surely want somebody better and experienced in Europe.

If you're seeing a link where you've posted there's a reasonable chance you've either got an add on running or you've got some spyware/adware/malware issue.

What's the point of Di Maria claiming he did it first if he so rarely gets to show it off.

90% of fans from anywhere in the World will recognize the heart celebration as Bale's Ale

Bald headed worm, it's hardly a positive reflection upon the game, but it's not as if Bale's management team trademarking a heart shaped 11 symbol is anything new. So unravel your knickers darling

He now also owns the domains - elevenofhearts.com and elevenofhearts.co.uk.

    http://whois.net/whois/elevenofhearts.com

Looks like the success is getting to his head, it always has pissed me off the way he has tried to act like a foreign superstar. The way he has copied the heart celebration off Pato and Di Maria and is now trying to make money off it. He hasn't even achieved anything substantinal in the game but he thinks he is the big " I am ".

This is just a symptom of the insane commercialism of the PL. It lost it's soul a long time ago, that' why I don't like it that much anymore. All the glitz and glamour puts me off, it's barely even about the football anymore. More showbiz and celebrity worship.

He is just a wannabee copycat of Ronaldo. He has went as far as even copying his free kick pose and everything. Also he is now copying his clothing attire :

Holy shit, it will feel strange him not managing United anymore.

Wouldn't United want a long term manager to replace Ferguson ? Surely Fergie will have a say in who replaces him too.

Surely Jose's tenure at Madrid has hurt his image and damaged his credibility for the United job ? Ultimately he has failed at a club that is one of the handful of clubs in the world to rival Man United in stature, wreaking havoc in the dressing room and in the boardroom along the way. He is almost the complete opposite of Fergie in terms of longevity and man management.

Though Jose sucking up to him when Madrid played them this year might indicate he knew Fergie was leaving at the end of this season, so presumably Jose might have wanted to remain in favor in Fergie....

Surely Jose's tenure at Madrid has hurt his image and damaged his credibility for the United job ? Ultimately he has failed at a club that is one of the handful of clubs in the world to rival Man United in stature. He is almost the complete opposite of Fergie in terms of longevity and man management.

Though Jose sucking up to him when Madrid played them this year might indicate he knew Fergie was leaving at the end of this season, so presumably Jose might have wanted to remain in favor in Fergie....

United will want somebody who can have the media wrapped around their finger like Fergie did - that man is The Special One. Mourinho will ensure they still gain unfair advantages and sway referees so that won't change.

I really think this longevity talk is waffle when it comes to Mourinho, he didn't stay at Porto because he wanted to move to a bigger club, he didn't stay at Chelsea because he fell out with the owner, he didn't stay at Inter because Serie A is boring and he'd already won everything with Inter. He won't stay at Madrid because half his players hate him.

If Mourinho gets the United job he will stay most of his career I am certain. It's everything he could ever want, biggest club in the league he loves the most because the press hang on his every word.
