Jol's a pure coach, wouldn't have faith in him building a squad.
If I owned a club I'd have no problem hiring him,
but it'd be either in combination with a sporting director
or as an assistant to a strong manager (like Alex Ferguson wanted him at United pre Spurs days).

Looking at his work after Spurs, it seem he start well but tend to go a bit stale.
Just going through the motions after a couple of seasons.
Gives his new club a boost, perhaps not the right guy to build a dynasty.
Also feel Jol struggle to adapt when things go against him in games,
seldom see him doing a tactical decision to get the game back on track for his team.
1-0 down and you know it will be a loss.

The was a really good 3 on 2 break away at 91mins that they should have either scored from or taken it into the corner flag. Had they taken the playto the corner flag I think they would have won. Missed opportunity

Yeah, I always rated Chris Brunt, but he did very poorly in this specific situation.
