Re: The Next England Squad
Imagine hiring a someone whose reputation as a manager was to take a team from UEFA Cup finalists.. To a championship side within two seasons. And putting him in charge of the youth.. When as a manager he sold several of the best youth players for f**k all money. Seemingly being unable to handle them.

Re: The Next England Squad
After watching shitty DPL teams get knocked out in the Europa League qualifiers it has made me look forward to seeing Ingurland getting twatted in next years Euros. I bet you at least 6 of the players are non-white, including the Jamacian Sterling.

He was in the Sun this week demanding the FA takes action against Newcastle fans for booing Marriner.
This was his best commentary though.

This England team is no way near as good as Rayo Vallecano.

Re: The Next England Squad
This could easily have ended up 0-0 at half time, atrocious shite of a performance. The idea that we're going into the euros with Rooney as our front man aswell, Herman Kane should be given a run as striker, Rooney can run about the midfield, he loves that.

You mean you don't think an attack of Vardy and Rooney with Shelvey in behind them can scare the Germans or Spaniards? Hodge Podge will fire us to glory.

I think San Marino aren't scared, nevermind anyone else. Shelvey looks like he could be turning into a decent player though, he's worth giving a run in the team.

Re: The Next England Squad
Amazing the true level of England quality starts at Shelvey not such a bad thing. Least he is not afraid to screw up. Ross Barkley was horrible for most of the game not a man for finding spacing in the attacking middle and making use of the ball hope he improves. Stones is okay. Horrible as it sounds the best we can look forward to is workmanlike wins.

I see that own goals is the joint highest English goalscorer. It would be funny if ogs got to 50 before Rooney.

Dominic Solanke
Will be the Englands next topstriker
You heard it here first
It's another hybrid, but taps all the boxes, certainly for the EPL. No idea how he is mentally though.

Tough shit, no one is moving Rooney, he's like a Hippotamus sat in a cafeteria, it will leave when it's good and ready. He's England's GREATEST goalscorer, it's a fact now because there's TV shows about it.

Re: The Next England Squad
That journalist who wrote that article last month saying Vardy is quick but its worrying to have him in squad as a player should have a lot more quality to play for England.
I presume he will be writing the same article about Ings (and Walcott TBF despite effective performance yesterday) ?
Still without the star of this qualifying camapaign and the best England player under Hodgson but should have enough to see off these clowns comfortably.

Absolutely no interest in Spain vs England then? I'm going to watch the France game to see Ben Arfa take a massive shit on us, it's disgusting that people write him off in this country because grunts like Pardew and Bruce didn't like him.

England were shit last night.
Spain are definitely not as good as they used to be. That numpty Diego Costa looks like a fish out of water.

Roy just hates West Ham for some reason, refuses to call up any West Ham players. Mark Noble is inarguably the best English midfielder right now, not a sniff. Bertrand gets sent home, and instead of giving Cresswell a call, he doesn't bring anyone in, so England only has 1 Leftback at the moment.

Roy has an obvious big club bias, and Dele Alli is the best English midfielder, so say we all. Plus there is really no point in introducing lots of new players at this stage, it was Noble or Drinkwater. Though if Wiltshere ends up going it will be a disgrace, same with Sturridge going over Defoe, if you've been injured all season you can f**k off.

Re: The Next England Squad
Did you mean arguably or inarguably? Because saying Noble is better than Dier (as a DM), Alli (as a box to box) or Barkley (as an AM) is laughable. It came down to Drinkwater it Noble, and I can see why Woy picked Drinkwater to be honest. Arguing over whether Noble should be or shouldn't be in the squad in the grand scheme for England's chances is rather pointless as its not like his inclusion or non inclusion is going to have much of an impact.
west Ham players' time will come Im sure - Cresswell and Antonio both deserve a call up if they continue their form, over Bertrand and Walcott respectively. Again though it is fine margins: Rose is better than Creswell right now and Woy isn't going to bring in 2 new left backs this close to the Euros. Conversely Antonio has only been playing since November, although I personally already like what I'm seeing over Walcott who has been dogshit for a few years now. However we all know Woy feels obliged to stick with the core group who helped him get through qualifying, which means Walcott as well as Rooney once he's fit and ditto Wilshire. That I can agree is both irritating and almost definitely the wrong thing to do especially if those players aren't 100percent fit and had enough game time prior. We've taken half fit star players to tournaments in the past (Beckham 2002, Rooney 2010 for example) and they have failed to provide any value to the team on those occasions so why we persist on it as a nation I'll never understand.
