van Gaal not looking like a genius right now. Krul should have started if he is that much better at pens than Cillessen, Cillessen is probably a better footballer as Krul plays hoofball with us, but his general keeping doesn't seem any better. As for Vlaar taking the first pen, that was bizarre.

Plus, this is actually the same team that put 5 past Spain. Belgium would have aimed for Felliani's fro while the Spanish midgets would have run rings around them.
