One of our best wins in recent years last night as it showed we are improving our game management. When Chelsea scored their goal I was certain we'd capitulate and leak a few more but we stayed pretty solid and saw it out.

We definitely deserved to win - we dominated in every department in that first half. We looked like we wanted it more and showed far more energy. Conte was perhaps trying to let us tire ourselves out before unleasing the pace of Pedro, Fabregas and Moses but he waited far too long to do that.

Matip and Lovren looks really promising but it's very early to judge.

Henderson is such a strange player - sometimes he looks a complete midfielder. His last 2 games have been excellent for us.

It's good to have such strength in attack for once - Firmino injured was a blow but when you can bring Coutinho in to replace him you don't mind so much.

We've now got 10 points on the board, seen off Chelsea and Arsenal away, played the champions (and demolished them at home) and got a point at Spurs. I'd have taken that all day long before the fixtures.

Now we've got a decent run of fixtures but in some ways that worries me more - this will be the real test of how much Klopp has changed our mentality against the smaller teams or not.

Would you still prefer Ancelotti over Klopp ? Very Happy

And what are the odds of Schweinsteiger getting another shot at ManU after the third consecutive defeat with Pogba underpeforming ?

Imagine if Stoke and West Ham get relegated this season, what a shocker.

I don't think Man U are any better than last season. All that money pissed down the drain for nothing.

Stoke are another example of why footballers confuse me, can they just not be arsed this season? Did they realise they get paid no matter what?
