I agree with this in a certain way, because it is the ENGLISH league (not the UK league or the British league), and the scottish and welsh are also foreign to it so they should have been included as well as the Irish (they all have their own home leagues so they are playing in a foreign league).

After these players done their stuff, the EPL didn't seem like such an agricultural league that foreigners wouldn't touch with a bargepole.
