Obispo wrote:Yes, well, Roeder is by far the worst manager in the league, so I see your point.

Honestly though, after Emre, Duff, Solano and Martins - they're lacking technically.

A decent manager would have got the best out of Luque by now. Even though he's just above average IMHO, he's still better than the rest of this dross.

They have other players that are decent technically though - even Milner, N'zogbia etc...

Its the manager more than anything - the guy was the same at West Ham.

If they had got a manager like O'neill they would be playing good football IMO

    affraid

O'Neill teams play good football ?!

    Laugh

No room for gifted, intelligent players like Phillips and Hendrie because they're under 6 foot and can't run the 100m in 11 seconds.

He's successful, don't get me wrong, but you can't ever accuse O'Neill's teams of playing good football.

On the other hand - my club is known for long ball football but when Roeder was in charge he played a diamond with a gifted play maker at the top (Craig Ramage) and we played beautiful football.

Can't blame Newcastle for playing long balls when 6ft 7 Faye can't handle midget Martins. Doh

Never a pen, but Newcastle deserve to be ahead. Hopefully we'll put in a fightback in the second half.

Very silly penalty, but a penalty nontheless, the bal got put in the box(just) and Fayes arm moved towards the ball. Not happy with the way we're playing though, i don't accept winning ugly... unlike some fans in the premiership. ok

Hopefully Belgravia will bring in a new manager. Erm <Ale>

2-1 down at home and he takes off a right winger for a left winger. No

This is bollocks. People are going to remember his loan spell as a failure if he doesn't score many compared to how many games he's had and forget that each game he's averaged about 10 - 15 fucking minutes.
