Class player every time ive seen him. F*cking love that little Turk I dont know why- great technique but gets stuck in too. Also told Diouf to "f*ck off" repeatedly today which Im sure, given half the chance, we'd all like the opportunity to do.

Glen Johnson is also criminally underrated because of his failings at Chelsea and the Denmark game. Ability wise >>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Neville, just doesnt have Neville's awesome awareness.

Xabi Alonso definitely underrated.

David Bentley, Wayne Routledge too.

And Zokora. Who is awesome and will go onto become as good as Vieira if not better. True story

He needs better quality around him. That's the problem.

We'll see the best of him when he moves back to Serie A in January.

Anyway i'm with Arteta as far as underrated goes. Plays consistently well for Everton, great technique to boot.

Either way - I'd say only Arteta has more ability than McFadden in the Everton Squad at the Moment.

I don't really mind having Bentley in there, great talent. Routledge would've been a great option as well.

Emre just doesn't have the platform around him at the moment - he was awesome in 2002-03 for Inter, but was sacrificed ifor more high-profile (and more underperforming names.

Seol for Reading, most of their goals seem to revolve around him.

for villa, would've said barry but the media are all loving him now. maybe gavin mccann. he's actually a very important player for us, does his job very effectively.

elsewhere: don't think park gets much media praise. morten gamst pederson, maybe.

Yes, this guy has really impressed me. He is quick, direct and talented - and he's taken to the rigours of the Premiership immediately.

Yeah, I'm a big Seol fan too. He has it all, pace, dribbling, great delivery, good shot and he's technically sound. Excellent player.

The last player so crucial to a similar team was Gera for West Brom. I hope if Reading go down (though it doesn't look like they will) a bigger club comes in for him.

Ricardo Gardner is excellent. I feel he doesn't go up enough yet, but considering he's actually a left midifelder, he's an excellent Left Back.

Gardner was awesome at Highbury last season - "Alan Hansen was salivating. Dedicated a good 2-3 mins to Gardner and telling the kids this is how you defend as a left back."

For someone with his head up is own ar$e as much as Hansen's is to say that is quite something.

Not saying it isn't true, just pointing out that King is already seen as one of the best 3 or 2 english CB at the moment, so i can't say he is underrated.

The most over-rated performance ever.

I can remember me and about 3 mates texting each other simultaneously at HT to say he needed to be taken off 'cos he was having such a mare.

He was much better in 2nd half and ET but it shouldn't be that difficult if you don't leave your own half for the entire game.

He had a very average tournament if the truth be told.
