Was that Goal really Robinson's fault?

It's ridiculous to expect him to come over about 6 bodies to get the ball.

Oh, and Rio was fouled at the first flick-on anyway (shirt-pull).

    Both teams are Garbage.

anyone notice Lampard keeps droping deep to collect the ball from defence, this is why Carrick is in the team. Lampard should push on more forward.

Lampard just doesn't have the same drive for England, as he does for Chelsea.

He's in the form of his life for Chelsea, but is still shit for England.

Nothing wrong with the defence (though James & Foster > Robinson).

Gerrard, Lampard and Carrick need to go if England are going to pose any kind of threat.

Andy Johnson just isn't international class, although he got no support tonight.

Indeed, he offers nothing. Practically raped a dutch player on the floor aswell, and then expected a free kick.

The Dutch are fucking shit. I don't mean that to seem offensive, but there's no other way to put it. Inept.

Van Basten should walk away and maintain atleast a bit of dignity.

So (according to Deisler) this means:

    2nd rate team (Holland) v 2nd rate team (England) = 1-1

    Cyrpus v World's greatest team = 1-1

Carrick does not hoof it but for England he offers no penetration whatsoever and is mostly anonymous. The rest do though. Robinson is worse. I honestly think he is the thickest player in the entire world. Continually hoofs it. Rio is stupid too for passing back to him so much. ok

I'm also extremely pissed off that Gerrard played 90 minutes. Not because he was shit but because he's had a single month of rest in the last 2 years of football.

Atleast use some subs you cunt. I'm sure United and Chelsea fans feel the same when they see Rooney and Flumps playing 90 minutes of a useless friendly.

    Ridiculous.

Why take a 28 man squad then use just two substitutes?

Why McClaren decided to play 4 3 3 today or was it more like 4 5 1.

In the 2nd half it reminded me of Everton vs Arsenal , Arsenal playing around Everton but can't do anything with the ball then got a goal on a setpiece.

I think the defence is OK except that someone needs to stop the long hoofs. Robinson needs to be ordered to stop hoofing it especially.

Hargreaves must start and one of either Gerrard or Lampard MUST be dropped.
