That wasn't aimed at you! Razz

It was aimed at the Dutch posters that seem to be insistent on posting their layers and also the person that put Larsson (again a dutch poster)

He scored 29 goals in 91 games for a struggling Villa, that is not too bad.

He did well at Zaragoza in Spain too.

    Anelka?

Has as much case as Vieira.

Both excellent in England and won titles without playing there best in either the Seria A or La Liga.

Suppose. Won La Liga, Champions League, Super Cup with Madrid and the double with us.

Even though it may sound strange looking at that I still think his career is slightly wasted.

Did well for Milan and Juve, helped a struggling Barca on loan in Spain, impressed for Spurs, was very good at Ajax...

    So true.

He was the catalyst for Barcelona's charge into 2nd in 2003-04.

He's clearly slowing down now - but he was good for us last season.

i quote wikipedia: Aston Villa made huge progress in 1995-96 under Brian Little. They won the League Cup, reached the FA Cup semi finals and finished fourth in the Premiership. Villa's form dipped slightly in 1996-97 and they finished fifth, but still qualified for the UEFA Cup. Very Happy

savo was okay, but too inconsistent. scored a great goal in the league cup final

Beckham is not exactly a good choice in my opinion.. He has never won anything outside England and is not really a key part of Real Madrid.
