Solano's gotten a lot of criticism and mocking for bringing Mark Cook to Universitario. La "U" has two decent goalies and Ñol's bringing Cook from the fourth division. The media are ripping Solano appart by saying he's taking a cut from Cook's salary and joking about him too.

EVERYONE in Perú knows England don't produce any decent goalies and that Cook is basically an amateur. Solano thought he was being sly, but everyone's onto him. They are calling Solano not only the coach at "U", but also a horrible player agent.

Must admit Solano is doing well as a manager, his "U" team has begun to play a lot better.

So he is getting results as manager, but these Peruvians are just slagging him off and calling him corrupt for signing a young goalkeeper. Sounds like he should come back to England.

Ñol can coach, he's already proven he knows tactics well and the players respect him a lot. The "agent" side of him is what's got everyone scratching their heads. La "U" didn't need a goalie whatsoever let alone an amateur. Here's hoping Cook turns out to be Hart at the very least so that Solano is not led to the gallows. That would be tragic in his fledgling career as a coach. Nobby can coach, I'm telling you.

Maybe he's just doing what the English club did, the time they signed that piece of shit Peruvian keeper? Remember that? What a load of shit.
