So, he's set to get paid £150,000 a week, a new record for the EPL.

How does this compare to Spain and Italy? there can't be many players over there getting paid more can there?

Incredible amount of money though, more than double what Rooney gets, maybe his agent will be in touch to try and negotiate a summer move over there

I thought Chelsea were looking to break even at some point?
