2006-2007, most improved player?
From Jan 2006 to Jan 2007, which player has improved the most in your opinion? or which player has gone backwards this last year?

Diego. He was great at Santos, but he didn't play really well for Porto. He was by far the best signing of the year and had an immense impact on Bundesliga. Closely followed by Cristiano Ronaldo.

when Robinho and Diego were both at Santos, i heard that Diego was the better player, now he is showing it.

Diego wasn't better than him, especially because Robinho played really well in big matches. Robinho will fulfil his potential, he needs to get rid of bad influences like Roberto Carlos and Ronaldo.

Has to be Robin van Persie, last year he was a player with talent. Now he belongs to the worlds best.

There's Diego, van Persie, Ismael Bangoura, Savidan, Schlaudraff, Pantelic, Mario Gomez, Agüero, Baiano, Iniesta, Doni, Vargas, Spinesi, Amauri, Budan. These players are on the rise quickly.

i think Vidic and Evra have made a step up, Evra at the moment is the best LB in the Prem.

He was very good already last year. In my opinion, he's playing just as good as last season. I'm not criticizing Agger, in my opinion he's been really good for two years running.

In the Premiership i'd say Ronaldo
Although he was always a good player, this season he's stepped up to a huge new level, he's put his world cup controversy behind him by a mile, he's really surprised me

What about Diego Milito at Zaragoza, he has improved no end IMO. Otherwise the main two Diego and Ronaldo.

for the prem 'the ginger recluse' as obi calls him..
utterly useless for around two years previous... takes an extended eye holiday and comes back playing brilliantly. lets hope the arsenal performance is a sign of things to come though
lennon is also having a major impact on the premiership
Backwards- obviously shev and ballack

slightly better excuses...
plus bellamy has actually been playing well for a sustained period..
shev had the dick ripped out of him by the wycombe players after the first leg .. quite the fall from grace

The nation has always hated him. The media are much more interested in ruining Sheva than they are Bellamy.
