It was just a one-off friendly though. I think he'll stick with the tried and truest to be honest.

But Hoyte was loads loads better, defended much much better, flamini looked v poor and offered more going forward too. i think the HT substitution was not pre-planned the rest got a decent run out, i genuinely think wenger was concerned by the probs flamini had.

Maybe its an issue of match fitness more than anything else.
Seriously though, I think he'll go with Flamini, its a different kettle of fish playing in a friendly to playing a competitive game. I thinks Kevins suggestion is what we'll go with.
Hope to see Rosicky at some poin as well

Re: Zagreb V Arsenal Thread
This looks like being a seriously tough game and I'd be happy to come away from Zagreb with a draw. I don't know much about Dinamo Zagreb, but I presume they will give us a much more intimidating and more physical game than AZ and I'm worried that we may lack the leadership and experience to deal with the situation.
Looking at the positives, we played well on Friday, as people have said, RvP and Adebayor combined well up front and our link up play going forward looked sharp. We should have enough quality up front to get some goals, and hopefully we can get a narrow win.

Re: Zagreb V Arsenal Thread
Ok, forget it. Our cable Tv just made something illegal and turned on the croatian TV 2, and they are showing the game there.
But i will be able only to watch the first 45 minutes.
It's really pitty that i didnt managed to go to Zagreb, and probably i wont go to Belgrad as well, to watch Milan. At that time our champion plays Lille, so i'll be here.
