Still I think it was rascist and he should have gotten a prober fine/penalty.. I don't think he is rascist as a person though, since Eto'o considers him his second father..

Then it was probably "negro de mierda".. but still it is not quite as clear cut as n****r.. but like I said before it is not an excuse and he should have been fined more and made a proper apology (and in retrospect fired too since we are shit at the moment)
